This Lot is available for rent
- The monthly lot rent amount is $475.62 (for a 12 month minimum lease). Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage. Other required utilities (Electric and Natural Gas) are not included in the rent.
- In case you do not have washer and/or dryer a laundry room is centrally located in the park for a small monthly fee (currently $15.00 p/month).
- The rental agreement is 12 months, after which you switch to a month-to-month agreement automatically.
- We allow well-behaved, house-trained cats and/or dogs (on a case-by-case basis) in our park. Please note that the yard is not fenced.
- We ask for a deposit of one month of rent.
- Rent is paid by signing an ACH agreement to allow Rivers Bend Mobile Home Park to automatically deduct the invoiced amount from your bank account.
