For this you will receive an email from tenantbackgroundsearch.com. After filling in some of your personal details and paying for the background check online, the information will be sent to us. Step one of the application process is so that you don’t have to share sensitive information (like your social security number) in the starting phase of the application and so that you don’t have to pay a fee for a criminal and financial background check if we decide to move forward with another applicant.
